Description
In 1973 Maison Bollinger purchased the property recognising the quality of the wines. The house also produces still wines from their own vineyards.
This is an elegant Crémant de Loire and has a very light yellow colour. An elegant nose of citrus and a minerally palate, yet creamy at the same time.
What does Crémant mean? Originally it meant a certain style of wine and produced with method champenoise – that is made in a traditional way, and without getting too bogged down, fermented in the bottle. Also roughly means a sparkling wine from France, other than champagne, fewer bubbles than champagne and a bit creamier.
And a very cool Bad Boys stemless wine glass!
