Returns & Refund Policy
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Bad Boys Booze Company products purchased by consumers directly from www.badboysbooze.com.au. We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, for reasons such as the product being damaged or expired, simply return it within the seven-day period for a full refund of the product purchase price.
Returning a Product
Please note: no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery. If a product arrives in damaged condition, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Although www.badboysbooze.com.au products are packaged and checked very carefully, we understand damages may occur in transit. In such cases:
- Please contact us online through our contact form (See "Contact Us" page) within 48 hours and include your membership number in your request.
- A return number will be issued to you by our customer service team.
- All items should be returned in their original condition with all packaging still intact.
- Ship the package to the address given along with the return number. Include the return number on the address panel, just below the address
- When we receive your returned items, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow seven days for the return to be processed.
We will only accept items that meet these requirements unless an accompanying detailed explanation is given, at which time the decision to accept items returned as such, will remain at the discretion of Bad Boys Booze Company.
