This delicious varietal is native to the island of Sicily and well worth a try if you are looking for crisp, dry whites with good  zesty flavour. On the noise it exudes a mix of soft melon and delightful apple blossom notes, while on the palate notes of white peach shine through. A mineral-like acidity and a hint of French oak round out the wine and give it its elegant balance.
