St Johns Brook – Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Margaret River

St Johns Brook Vineyard is a significant planting of 40 Hectares located in the northern heartland of the Margaret River Wine Region.

Established in 1998, its dynamic viticultural practices have been in place since 2013, where the employs no herbicide and low chemical inputs where possible, and implemented a sustainable composting program.

Lifted lime and fresh mint peas on the nose. A core of lime and passionfruit on the palate with a clean mineral finish.

Handpicked in the early morning to return freshness. The majority fermented in chilled stainless to retain fruit and aromatics with a small barrel portion to add complexity and palate weight.
