The Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes were hand-picked from two different vineyards at optimum ripeness. The small berries produced densely coloured wines with deep purple hues.
The bouquet has lifted blackcurrant and berry characters which typifies good quality Cabernet Sauvignon. Oak and dark chocolate whiffs add to the complexity of the aroma.
The palate has depth and weight with assertive tannins with the finish being a harmony of fruit and vanillin oak.
Did you know that Penfolds Grange Hermitage is a blend of different areas?
When the wine was first made, on the labels it said Magill SA. Now it does not specify where the grapes come from exactly on the label.
Most of all the great blends are wines that come from different regions.
We are pleased that we can offer his wine to everyone who is Bad out there.
