With Ladies who Shoot their Lunch pinot noir, the aim of the game is to create a wine with intensity, personality and layers of complexity to complement wild meat. Blood plum red, this wine is unusually deep in colour for a pinot noir. On the nose, intense earthy, mushroom and cherry aromas play with notes of anise and mulberry. Complex with spicy anise, savoury oak and ripe cherry fruit notes on the palate, this pinot noir is very well balanced. Fine tannins add structure and the finish is long and complex.
