Description

Clear deep-ruby colour. Aromas of black cherries and blueberry jam. These berry flavours attack the palate like Don Quixote attacking a windmill, with a bit of Spanish craziness – lots of juiciness and with light vanilla milk chocolate and java bean. The finish is dry and full-bodied with a nice balance of acid and tannins.
