Our Feather in Cap Cabernet Shiraz is our tribute to the great South Australian blend. Rich, earthy Shiraz is matched by the finesse and structure of Cabernet, creating a tantalisingly savoury wine with lingering complexity. Delicious dark fruit flavours lead to subtle smoky notes and mocha, with a smooth and balanced finish. The Fruit Grapes are sourced from selected premium vineyards around Adelaide’s Fleurieu Peninsula, and in the case of this vintage, specifically McLaren Vale. The 2013 vintage was warm, with an almost perfect combination of warm days and mild nights, and the flavours in the fruit were rich and intense.
