Monte Carbonare

Description

I like this wine that that I bought for myself a dozen last Christmas. Yep, no samples no freebies. I drink this with seafood mostly and it really makes me happy.

The wine is made by three sisters whose family have owned the property for generations. The estate is in Fitta, in the Soave hills.

100% Garganega from a single site. Hand harvested then gentle whole fruit pressing before fermentation in steel vats and 15 months on fine lees with regular stirling.

Aging potential 8 – 10 years.
