It Blooms with flavour and aroma and texture. It doesn’t leave out varietal flavour behind. It has the aroma and flavour of passionfruit, green apple and vanilla.

Wine Notes
Fermented entirely in seasoned French oak, and held on lees for four months with regular stirring, this wine is resplendent with bright tropical fruits, in perfect harmony with the complexities provided by the lees contact. Baking spice, brioche, and cashew butter are balanced with lemon-lime curd acid.

What is a Fumé Blanc?
The moniker nods toward France, as Blanc Fumé is a traditional name for Sauvignon Blanc in Pouilly-Fumé; it was coined by Robert Mondavi in 1968 as a means to distinguish a dry-fermented, oak-aged Sauvignon Blanc from the sweeter style that was then so popular.
