A masterfully crafted non-vintage, Laurent Perrier recently threw caution to the wind and reblended its best-sellling La Cuvée with a much higher ratio of chardonnay, lending it a toasty complexity and an especially creamy finish. The grapes are taken exclusively from Grand Cru plots as a mark of quality. We love that this brand doesn’t rest on its laurels and, in Laurent Perrier, we have a wonderful example of that. 

The brioche and cooked-apple and cream character really comes through in this Champagne. Full-bodied and round with fine bubbles. Flavourful and intense. Vivid, bread-dough (yeasty) finish. 55% and the rest is Pinot.
