St Johns Brook – Single Vineyard Shiraz 2017 Margaret River

St Johns Brook Vineyard is a significant planting of 40 Hectares located in the northern heartland of the Margaret River Wine Region.

Established in 1998, its dynamic viticultural practices have been in place since 2013, where the employs no herbicide and low chemical inputs where possible, and implemented a sustainable composting program.

The Wine is a deep plum colour with aromas of rich mulberry and a skein of pepper grind, followed by blackberry and layers of cedar and vanillin oak.

Fermented in large format and French oak barriques seasoned for up to 15 months.
