Area: Waipara is a small town in North Canterbury, New Zealand, on the South Island, on the banks of the Waipara River.
Colour: Bright Cherry red.
Aroma: Dark cherry and plum and some toasty oak.
Taste: Richly flavoured and aromatic. Earthy Pinot flavours with a nice balance of acid and tannin. Full and soft with a nice dry finish.
